IV JORNADAS BILINGÜES - 11 March 2020
Today, 11 March 2020, our highschool have hosted the IV Bilingual Day. There have been several workshops guided and organised by the bilingual teachers and our language assistants from the Philippines and Florida. Teachers have been also working together on bilingual issues and learning about the new International Diploma that will probably start working in Ies Diego de Guzmán next school year.
We would like to thank school Santo Ángel de la Guarda, La Hispanidad, Salesianos, Virgen del Rocío, Montessori and Estuaria Highschool for accepting our invitation and joining us on this important day. Thank you to Mª José Álvarez, our bilingual coordinator from Delegación Provicial in Huelva who has come to support us and has welcomed bilingual students from all these schools and ours. Thanks to our bilingual students in First of Bachillerato who have been of great help today. This could not have been possible without them!

Thanks a lot too to Mr. Vicente Garrochena Picón, whose companies LUX BERRY S.L. and Frutas LOS VUELOS S.L. have kindly offered delicious strawberries, blueberries and raspberries which have been enjoyed at break time by more than three hundred students! Thank you very much indeed to this business from Lucena del Puerto (Huelva). What a healthy breakfast with our berries!!!
